Abstract submission guideline

Abstract submission deadline: 22nd July 2018

 

The announcement of accepted abstracts will be on October first, 2018

To submit an abstract, the following points are required to adhere:   

* Before submitting, you need to register on the festival's website.

*  abstract submission can only be made through festival's website (Items sent via fax, e-mail or paper will not be accepted).

 

Log in to “Article submission” section from your personal page after receiving the username and password.

The abstracts should be in English.

submitted articles should be original research.

note that “review articles” are not accepted.

The abstract should include following sections: Background and Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and Keywords (Three to six keywords) should be sent based on the MeSH terms (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/mesh/).

The number of authors shouldn't exceed 15.

Affiliation for each author should be written in full and in the following order: Department/Research Center, University/Organization, City, and Country

Avoid writing a long introduction or conclusion.

Use the Times New Roman font size 11 to write all abstract components.

When submitting abstracts, mentioning mobile phone number and e-mail address of the presenting author and corresponding author is required.

The submitter of the article is responsible for the scientific and literary accuracy of the submitted text. In case of proven plagiarism, the matter will be announced in written format to the deputy director of the research center and the deprivations will be applied to the person. Mentioning the name of the supervisor and generally, all the persons who contributed to research work is essential in the abstract of the papers submitted.


Strongly refrain from submitting papers, which have already been submitted to other congresses or published as full papers in domestic and/or international journals. In case of recognition and being proved, the degree is announced in written to the vice-chancellor of the University of the submitter. The articles are selected based on the quality of the abstract, the research is done and the novelty of the idea according to the arbitration checklist.


Every decision on acceptance and how to represent an article relies on the scientific committee of the congress.

Please be careful in order to enter the names of the authors correctly, because the publication of the names will be exactly as they are mentioned in the submitted abstract online.

In case of acceptance, the Congress certificate will only be awarded to the presenting author only.
